On the left she listed the activities that my job has entailed, whether they were part of my job description or not. Everything that I had done on any project got thrown into the list which was then collected together into more succinct items. She then searched out a number of articles on salaries. She corollated my activities and the job descriptions to pick out which job was closest match to my position, even if they had different names. Great stuff and very valuable.
