Notes regarding Web Development

Just some notes to myself that I wanted to get down on a more accibile place. These may eventually develop into articles.

Steps:

• Write the Project Summary Statement
• Survey the assets and list them
• brainstorm additional assets
• Sort each one vs REVC: (Revenue, Efficency, Value, Cost)
• Organize into a “distance-recongizable” set of groups.
• label the groups
• scope out and list each page
• Corrolate with initial estimate/budget
• itemize the deliverables, page by page
• create site map image
• identify pre-production issues
• establish timeframes/schedules
